Overall: As my college is under Calcutta University, and its faculties are very good, there is no doubt that they help us understand every aspect of the B.Com course.
Hostel: I had not opted for the hostel also our college does not have hostel facility for the boys. I am not sure if hostel was available for girls. You used to stay in a missionary hostel which was bit far from hostel.
Overall: Overall, my college experience was enriching. The diverse academic programs offered ample opportunities for growth and exploration. Engaging faculty members provided invaluable guidance and support. However, administrative processes occasionally lacked efficiency. Campus facilities were well-maintained, fostering a conducive learning environment. The vibrant campus life and extracurricular activities enhanced the overall experience. I rate my college 4 out of 5 stars.
Placement: The placement opportunities provided by my college were commendable, with a wide range of companies visiting campus for recruitment. The dedicated placement cell offered valuable guidance and support throughout the process, including resume building and interview preparation. However, there were instances where certain disciplines received more attention than others. Overall, the placement support significantly enhanced career prospects for students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for B.Com students at my college was satisfactory. The classrooms were adequately equipped with modern amenities, facilitating effective learning. However, there were occasional issues with overcrowding during peak hours. The library had a decent collection of relevant books and resources. Overall, while there were areas for improvement, the infrastructure sufficiently supported the academic needs of B.Com students.
Faculty: The faculty at my college were exceptional, blending expertise with a genuine passion for teaching. They fostered an interactive learning environment, encouraging critical thinking and academic curiosity. However, occasional inconsistencies in communication or grading were observed. Overall, their dedication and support significantly contributed to my academic growth and success. I highly commend the faculty.
Hostel: There is no hostel for college near because of that reason you might have to lead a room if you want to study in his college. It's true that there is no hostel in near but this college is one of best college in kolkata
