IIMT's admission process is simple and straightforward. The institute offers admission into 3 different courses at the undergraduate and diploma levels such as B.COM, B.ED, and Diploma in Elementary Education. To get admission in the desired course, candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria. To be eligible for the UG courses, candidates need to complete their graduation degree from a recognised university and to be eligible for a diploma course, the candidate needs to complete their class 12 or an equivalent degree. To be eligible for admission into B.ED. at IIMT, candidates must fulfil the following criteria:

• Candidates need to have completed their graduation in any stream (Arts, Science, or Commerce)

To be eligible for admission into B.com at IIMT, candidates must fulfil the following criteria: 

• Candidate must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board of Secondary Education.

Minimum 50% (45% For SC & ST Candidates ) marks in 10+2 exam or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board at the first attempt with Mathematics compulsory and Hold valid score of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture.

Admission for general students is 45% in 10+2 examination. For SC/ST students, the minimum eligibility marks are 40%. 

• Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) or equivalent  from a recognized university in any discipline. Candidates studying in their final year can also apply.
• We accept CAT, CMAT, XAT, MAT and other recognized Entrance Exam Scores.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (10+2+3) from a recognised university. Students in the final year of graduation can also apply. 

The candidate must have passed Graduation or Post Graduation degree with minimum 50% in marks in any discipline from any recognized university and must have cleared the State Entrance Examination.

Minimum 55% marks in B.Ed. (Relaxation of 5% for SC/ST Candidates)

Graduated in any discipline of knowledge from a University approved by UGC. With minimum 45% percentage of marks.

To be eligible for admission into Diploma in Elementary Education at IIMT, candidates must fulfil the following criteria:

• The candidate must have passed 12th or an equivalent level degree from a recognized board or school.
• The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying exam with all the subjects put together.
