The CIHM provides training kitchen for its students as a part of training. This kitchen facility is used for transmit skills in food production to the students. All training kitchens are equipped with the art of culinary science, this art involves the knowledge about how to do the food production and also the knowledge about various cuisines as well as bakery and confectionery. CIHM also provides training restaurants. These restaurants are designed like ultra modern and classical restaurants, the duty of these restaurants are to provide students the training in various aspects of food and beverage, this training promotes students, from basic to advanced layouts and functions. As well as the students are trained in how to serve food and beverage during the lunch service, in this training they are trained by the well trained and experienced faculty members. CHIM has a housekeeping laboratory. This housekeeping lab consists a sample of the guest room. This guest room is built as per hotel specifications and a housekeeping work area is also available in this lab. In this lab, students practice how to serve in a guest room. The Other areas which this lab covers are laundry operations, cleaning of different surfaces, bed making, flower arrangements etc.
