SCIHM is a pioneer institute supporting the state of art infrastructure and is located in the heart of the city at easily accessible location. The institute houses a four storied building with covered area of 14000 sqft. The front office is well furnished and designed at par with the standards of international hotel for the students to practice their training activities of receiving the guests, reservations, check in and check outs etc. Luxurious guest rooms are maintained for the housekeeping training. To train the students four different categories of production labs are provided namely, BTK (Basic Training Kitchen), ATK (Advanced Training Kitchen), QTK (Quantitative Training Kitchen) and Bakery. Well designed restaurants and bar are also attached to the kitchens and pantry for training purposes and to provide real time experience to the students. There are seminar halls and well equipped computer lab for keeping the students in pace with the modern IT technology. The basic medical facilities are also provided in case of emergencies.
