Gazole Mahavidyalaya (G.M.), which is affiliated with the University Of Gour Banga (G.B.U.), has a long and illustrious history that has influenced its unique culture. • 12th Marks: 

The admissions standards are based on the marks obtained in the 12th grade. There is no entrance examination for admission in the BA Honours or in BA (General) courses, the candidates need to pass out a 10+2 pattern or 12th from any recognized board in which English as a subject should be mandatory. Also, the marks obtained in the optional subjects will not be counted in the total marks.

If someone wishes to study in any subject's Honors degree they should have:

45% marks aggregate in Class 12 Or 40% marks in aggregate in Class 12 along with 50% marks in the selected Honors subject.

• Other Methods:

The rest of the admission process continues through E-Counseling. So the applied student needs to follow up on the date and time of the process at the correct time. Thus they can participate in the whole admission process.

Gazole Mahavidyalaya offers honours and general, both for Bengali, English, history, sociology, Arabic, Sanskrit, education, philosophy, and political science.

Gazole Mahavidyalaya admission portal is aimed to make the application process as simple as possible. On the official website, students must fill out an application form. Candidates are advised to read the GM Nadia admission rules before applying for any program at the college. The portal will request a variety of information, including basic information, personal information, educational information, etc. Applicants must also submit scanned copies of the needed papers and give payment information and pay the application cost. It is necessary that all of the mentioned information should be correct. 

Gazole Mahavidyalaya Application Process 2023

There is no entrance examination needed to get admission to the college. The whole process depends on the marks of the 12th examination. 

• Step 1: At first, the interested students need to fill up the application form using all of their correct details and pay the required amount. When they successfully submit the application form, they enrol with the college for admission.
• Step 2: Follow the merit list published by the Gazole Mahavidyalaya and participate in the E-Counseling procedure. The merit list will be published on the official website of the college. Also, the eligible candidates are informed by the college in their notices.
• Step 3: In the counselling, the candidate will select their preferred subject in which they wish to get admission. Counselling for the Geography general course will be held separately. The college authority allows them to apply for a particular subject depending on their score.
• Step 4: Now those candidates will visit the college on the given date and time with the needed document to finalise their admission. Thus Gazole Mahavidyalaya application for the admission process can be made.

Documents Required

Admissions applications must be submitted on the college's online portal. In all situations, admission will be based on meeting the required criteria and paying the required costs. A registration form must be completed at the time of admittance. The documents should be presented at the time of admission, and the list of documents to be verified by the institute is as follows:

• Copies of mark sheets and certificates from qualifying examinations (higher secondary or equivalent) that have been self-attested (three copies).
• The candidate's age verification certificate will be self-attested (three copies). Example: 10th or madhyamik passing certificate/admit card, etc.
• If appropriate, a self-attested copy of the SC/ST/OBC certificate (three copies).
• If appropriate, BPL card's self-attested copy (three copies).
• Three copies of recent stamp-size color pictures that have been self-attested. (One to paste on the application form space, one to paste on the student identity card, and one to paste on the student card particulars.)
• Self-attested photocopy of school leaving certificate.
• Self-attested Voter I-card (self).
• A photocopy of the school leaving self-attested certificate. 

Gazole Mahavidyalaya (G.M.) Admission Eligibility for UG in 2023

Only students who completed the H.S.C. (10+2) examination are eligible to apply. Each subject's merit list for admission to the honours program is posted on the college noticeboard. The candidates on the list are required to present on a particular day with their original marks sheet from their previous qualifying test. If they do not have a caste certificate for counselling, they will be denied entrance.

If a student is discovered absent at the time of counselling, his or her application for admission will be cancelled by Gazole Mahavidyalaya, Nadia. No student may choose to take more than one of the following subjects as an elective:

> English

> Bengali

> Arabic

> Sanskrit

Candidates for honours must provide two elective pass topics, whereas regular course students must offer three elective pass subjects.
