The placements at the Sri Sharada Institute of Indian Management (SSIIM) are managed by senior faculty members that have in-depth knowledge and experience in placing students. The placement cell is maintains ideal rapport with the leading corporate houses and business firms in the country throughout the year, which helps the college campus get select companies for the placement drive. The cell involves students in pre-placement conferences and industry seminars organized by the college.

. The invitation, along with the necessary and relevant information and the job annexure, is sent to the companies/organizations through communication channels as deemed appropriate.
. Companies/organizations fill the Annexure and send it back to the Corporate Resource Centre, SriSIIM via email/post. It is desirable that the job annexure is completed in all respects as it forms the primary basis of communicating the job-profile being offered to the prospective candidates.
. The details of the annexure are made available to the students.
. Suitable dates for Pre-Placement Talk (PPT from here on) are decided after discussions between the Company and the Corporate Resource Centre.
. After confirmation from the company, students are notified the PPT date.
. The company visits SriSIIM campus and conducts its PPT.
. The company may also conduct Off Campus Interviews at their respective office. Off Campus is to be arranged by or through Corporate Resource Centre. For the students who would participate in off campus recruitment/interview process, the CRC shall invariably obtain in principle approval from an appropriate competent authority. Based on such approvals, the concerned students would complete all administrative formalities backed by the recommendations of CRC. The Registrar will be an appropriate authority for the purpose.
. The Corporate Resource Centre allots a date to the company as per the availability of the dates.
. The company can confirm or negotiate the dates with the CRC.
. Interested students sign their willingness by registering for the company with CRC.
. Resumes of the interested students (if required) are made available to the companies for the purpose of short listing.
. The list of short listed students is mailed to the Corporate Resource Centre prior to the campus selection date.
. Companies visit the campus on the given date and conduct the written aptitude test, group discussion/personal interview as a part of their selection procedure.
. The company/organization is required to furnish the final list of selected students as soon as possible after the final completion of procedure. The selected students may or may not be allowed to sit in further job interviews as per the placement policy of the institute.
