About JEE Main 2022 B.Planning and B.Arch Exam

A separate paper for Planning and Architecture is conducted by the NTA for aspirants aiming to secure admission in the Bachelor of Planning and Architecture programmes offered by institutes of national repute across the nation. The following pointers will help the students understand deeply about the JEE Main 2022 B.Arch and B.Planning exam:

  • The JEE Main 2022 B.Planning/ B.Arch paper will be divided into three parts - Mathematics, Aptitude Test and Planning Questions/Drawing Questions

  • Both the sections will carry a maximum mark of 400

  • The first two parts remain the same in the JEE Main B.Arch and B.Plan 2022 exam

About JEE Main B.Planning 2022

  • The first part of the B.Planning exam will comprise of 30 questions - 20 MCQ-Type questions and 10 numerical value questions for 100 marks

  • The second part will comprise of 50 questions for a maximum mark of 200

  • The third part will have 25 questions where each question will carry 4 marks to add up to 100 marks

About JEE Main B.Arch 2022

  • Part I of the JEE Main 2022 B.Arch exam will have a total of 30 questions - 20 MCQ questions and 10 numerical value questions for 100 marks

  • Part - II or the Aptitude portion of JEE Main 2022 B.Arch exam will consist of 50 questions and the maximum marks for this portion will be 200

  • Drawing part of Part - III of JEE Main 2022 B.Arch exam will have 2 questions for a total of 100 marks

MCQ Questions

  • Each question will carry 4 marks

  • For each correct response, the candidates will be awarded 4 marks

  • For every wrong attempt or answer (MCQs), the candidates will be penalized with 1 mark

  • Questions left unanswered will not attract any negative marking

Numerical Questions

  • Each question will carry 4 marks

  • There will be -1 negative marking for the numerical value questions asked in the JEE Main 2022 B.Planning paper for wrong attempts
