LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student to secure good placement with the help of a dedicated Division of Career Services.
LPU students have been working in more than 1800 reputed companies across the globe. For 2022 batch, 1200+ leading National/Multinational companies have conducted campus placement/internship drives for LPU students by mid-April 2022, generating more than 8400+ offers. Recently, Yasir M of B.Tech CSE bagged a record breaking package of 3 Crore per annum , and Harekrishna Mahto is placed at 64 lakhs per annum setting a benchmark in LPUs placement records.
At LPU, it is not about calling companies, it is about preparing students and making sure that they get selected. LPU has a separate Division of Career Services that creates the desired placement and internship opportunities for students in the industry at national/international level. The curriculum incorporates specific courses under the notion of Professional Enhancement Programmes (PEP) in which the students are prepared to crack the placement processes.
As far as fee is concerned, Lovely Professional University strongly believes in the fact that monetary constraints should not be an obstacle for a student to have access to quality education. So, the University extends Scholarship Scheme which is an initiative by the University to cultivate the talent of students that may be hidden due to financial constraints. The basic fee for B.Tech at LPU is Rs. 1,20,000 per semester Scholarship can also be availed on the basis of score in LPUNEST, a national level exam conducted by LPU itself. Apart from this, LPU also offers financial aid to the Wards of Defence personnel etc. To reduce the burden of expenses you can also opt for Earn while you Learn opportunities available on-campus.
LPU's residential facilities are indeed exceptionally well organised and maintained. The hostel administration here is very cooperative and caring. When it comes to Home like Healthy stay LPUs residential Facilities are excellent in all terms. LPU residential facilities are considered one the largest in India. There are 17 multi storeyed Hostels including Apartments with different types of rooms like dormitory, two seater, single seater, ac, non ac, etc.
Residential facility at campus is much safer and secure as 24 X 7 X 365 security is available and CCTVs are installed at all prominent locations throughout the campus. Security is in the hands of experienced security staff. Manned by over 400 full time security officials, thousands of security cameras, LPU is one of the safest campuses in the world. Turnstile Gates: The entry to residential facilities are regulated through automated turnstile (as in metro railway) and biometric machines and data is saved in computerized data base to track the movement of students/ visitors.
LPU has zero tolerance to Ragging, Alcohol, smoking, drug and disciplinary misconduct.

Yes, you can get into one of the colleges among NIT Surathkal Karnataka, VNIT Maharashtra, or NIT Warangal if you have scored 79 percentile in JEE Main from SC category.
