COEP Placements 2022

According to the COEP Pune placement report 2022, as many as 210 companies from diverse sectors participated in the placement drive and hired students. A total of 555 students from UG courses and 832 students from PG courses got placed in reputed organisations with handsome packages.

In the year 2022, 729 students from UG courses enrolled into placements as compared to 710 in 2021 and 693 in 2020. COEP Pune also saw a rise in placement percentage in 2022. A total of 76.13% students got placed in 2022, whereas it was 69.01% in 2021 and 71.28% in 2020.

COEP Pune admissions are made based on MHT CET scores. You can apply from the official website of COEP. Only those candidates who have registered and confirmed online through the CET portal and verified their applications as per MH CET Cell notification before the last cut off date are eligible for counselling rounds. COEP Pune accepts national and state-level entrance exams, such as JEE Main, MHT CET, MAH CET, GATE and CEED.

Dear student, it is unlikely that you will be able to get admission in B.Tech with 70 percentile in JEE Mains. The COEP Pune cut off for B.Tech in 2022 was 93.1 percentile for the general category. This means that you would have needed to score at least 93.1 percentile in the JEE Mains exam to be eligible for admission to B.Tech at COEP under the general category. Since the 2023 cut off is going to be similar to the previous year's cut off marks, it is advised to start looking for admissions at other colleges with lower cut offs.

In order to get admission in B.Tech course offered by College of Engineering - Pune, you will have to appear for the MHT CET entrance exam. The admission process is based on the CAP counselling conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell. However, the date for registering for the entrance exam has been closed.
