SSIMS is well connected by road, rail and air and is situated just 2kms away from the Tumkur-Mysore highway. The institute has a unique geodesic dome library which has a collection of more than two lakh books, magazines and journals. It acts as an energy center for its students providing inspiration to them. It also has a collection of corporate annual reports pertaining to private and public sector undertakings and project reports on various areas of research. Its computer lab has 150 latest computers equipped with advanced software packages for the use of its students.
