GATE 2022 Low Rank Colleges

As GATE 2022 result has been announced, it is important to analyze your score and admission changes. GATE is one of the most popular entrance exams in India for postgraduation admission into M.Tech. Every year, over 5-10 lakhs students appear for the GATE exam to take admission into various IITs, NITs and IIITs colleges for a Master's degree in engineering. Also, check GATE Result 2022 Live Updates here.

In order to qualify for admission into IITs, NITs, and IIITs through GATE 2022 exam, the applying students need to score the prescribed cutoff marks by the examination board. The higher is the score, the best college a student can get to get admission into the M.Tech program.

However, due to a large number of students appearing for the exam, there might be a probability that some students could not score good marks in the exam, even after a fair preparation. The good thing is that the students who have scored a low score in the GATE exam have a lot of other college options where they can get admission. Moreover, the students who have appeared for the GATE exam also get direct admission through some of the state entrance exams, irrespective of their score.

This article will cover all the alternate options a student can take to get admission in the M.Tech program, even if they have a low score in the GATE exam.

What is a Low Score in GATE 2022?
