JEE Advanced 2020: Check Total Number of Seats in IITs for 2020

JEE Advanced is the only gateway to take admission in the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technologies (IITs). Even after giving your best in the exam, it is difficult to predict which of these top institutes you can get along with the engineering courses of your preference. The maximum number of seats are being offered by IIT Kharagpur (1342) followed by IIT Varanasi (1071) and IIT Roorkee (975). Admission to the IITs will be done on the basis of JoSAA counselling and the total number of seats in IITs will be allocated on merit basis keeping the reservation policy in mind. After the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) decision to increase the student intake by 5%, the number of seats on offer is as follows:

IITs (Indian Institutes of Technology) are expected to increase the seats in B.Tech coursed due to the implementation of 10% reservation for EWS. Almost 25% of seats in these institutes will go up. The JoSAA registration and choice filling process will begin once the result of JEE Advanced is announced. Seven rounds of counselling and seat allotment will be conducted this year. The entire process is expected to be concluded by July 2020. JEE Main Counselling 2020 will also be conducted by JoSAA. You must also go through IIT B.Tech fees in order to prepare your source of funding to pay the fees.
