The effectiveness of a manager in an organization depends heavily on their practical expertise and soft skills. If a manager cannot apply their theoretical knowledge to practical problems, it is of little benefit. Therefore, it is essential for management students to develop their skills in a variety of sectors. The credibility of a manager in corporate domains rises as a result of skill development. Managers must be prepared for practically any sort of responsibility since they are expected to oversee a variety of projects beneath them. Therefore, regardless of the specialization, skill development is essential throughout a management course like a Bachelor of Business Management degree.
Ability Enhancement Compulsory Courses

Similar to Skill Enhancement Courses, Ability Enhancement Courses help students polish and refine their already existing skills in certain disciplines that are essential for professionals.
