Agriculture is a four year Agriculture degree programme which produces graduates with broad understating of Agriculture and allied science with broad understanding of agriculture related problems and got expertise through well planned on-field implementation, basic concepts in disease, insect pest, weeds and nutrient disorders to enhance the production. Eligibility Criteria to take admission in this programme is Qualifying LPUNEST and Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or Intermediate (with English*, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Forestry) OR (b) 10+2 or Intermediate (Agriculture) OR (c) 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th or equivalent Condition of English as a subject may be waived off provided the candidate has studied in English medium. There is 5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants.
