Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in pursuing the ACCA course must meet its eligibility criteria mentioned below. 

  • The minimum educational requirement that one needs to meet for the course is passing completing Class 12 in Commerce stream from a recognised board. 

  • Candidates are required to score at least 50 per cent marks in Class 12 examinations. 

  • They must have studied Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects in 10+2.

  • Candidates who hold a B.Com degree or CA certificate or IPCC can also apply for the course availing a reduced course duration. 

ACCA Programme Admission Process

  • The admission process of the ACCA programme varies for different colleges. 

  • Some institutes conduct merit-based admissions selecting candidates based on their performance in the recently acquired education.

  • Some colleges or universities, on the other hand, offer admissions through entrance exams.
