About Energy Law

Energy law is a specialisation of law that speaks about the taxation and use of renewable and nonrenewable sources of energy. The aim of the course is to create, enforce and challenge laws that govern the use of energy. The specialisation in Energy law exists so that creation and harvesting of energy can be understood by the aspirants. It has the ability to make energy regulation easy in areas such as the development of clean energy, nuclear power, regulation of oil and gas etc. 

Topics included in the energy law course are regulations, case law, statutes, norms and edicts pertaining to energy. The course is available in the certificate, diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate levels across the nation.
