Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM) is a 2-year postgraduate programme offered by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore. The course has been designed to cater to the needs of working professionals who want to gain management training without leaving their jobs. It is a part-time programme that is conducted on weekends and has been designed for mid-level and senior-level executives.

In order to be eligible for admission to the PGPEM course at IIMB, a candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in any industry after completing a bachelor's degree course with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Only full-time employment is counted towards the work experience for the course. PGPEM is a non-residential programme but classes are conducted on the IIMB campus.
