Bachelor of Arts (BA) Overview

Bachelor of Arts, also known as a BA, AB, or B.A., comes from the Latin baccalaureus artium, baccalaureus in artibus, or artium baccalaureus, and is granted for completion of an undergraduate programme in the arts or, sometimes other disciplines. Bachelor's degree course duration varies depending on the degree and the university, but it can be completed in three or four years.

The full form of the BA is Bachelor of Arts. The BA course is one of the highly demanding three-year undergraduate arts programmes available. BA degrees are available in a variety of fields, such as English, Hindi, History, Journalism, and Psychology. To be eligible for BA course, candidates must have passed class 12 with a minimum of 50%. BA (Hons) or BA in general courses can be taken full-time, part-time, by correspondence, or through distance education. BA students must study five subjects in addition to a few electives. The subjects will vary depending on the subject chosen. BA course fees range between INR 10K and INR 1L. Some of the subjects covered in a Bachelor of Arts degree are Liberal Arts, Social Studies, and Humanities. LPU offers more than 300 programs even BA also. The admissions for 2023 session have been closed. The registration for LPUNEST 2024 phase 1 has been started. The slot booking will starts from 1st January 2024 and last date is 15th January 2024. The exams will be in between 20 January to February 05, 2024. The result will be declared within 48 working hours. Interviews & Counselling will be disclosed by the university. I would suggest you to to register on priority & book the seat once you get the option to book seat. Goodluck!!
