About JNUEE 2020 (Results to be Out Soon)

NTA (National Testing Agency) had released the final answer key for JNUEE 2020 on November 3, 2020 after publishing the provisional answer key on October 22, 2020, on the official website. Along with the answer keys, the question paper had also been released.

The entrance exam dates were October 5-8, 2020. The application process for JNUEE closed on 30th June 2020. Only those who were able to successfully register for the entrance exam will be able to participate in the ongoing application correction process of JNU. As per the recent developments, in 2020, a record 1,35,462 applications of JNUEE have been filled by the aspirants which are 22% more than the applications filled in 2019. Meanwhile, JNUEE 2020 exam date has been postponed until further notice due to the outbreak of COVID-19. 

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts JNUEE for candidates seeking admission into JNU's various undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD courses. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Exam (JNUEE). The main aim of conducting JNUEE is to shortlist deserving candidates with the right aptitude and skills to pursue the course of their choice at the University. JNUEE is conducted in offline (paper-pen based) mode every year. However, it is being speculated that the exam may go online from next year.

It is an autonomous and premier testing organisation that conducts high-profile entrance tests for admission in higher education universities or institutions in the country. Established in 1860 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, NTA was handed over the role of conducting JNUEE from 2019 onwards.

Yes, dear student, you can apply for M.A Political Science admission at JNU with a Bachelor’s degree in Science. You need to have an overall aggregate of 55% in your B.Sc degree qualifying exam from a recognised University to be eligible for the M.A Political Science programme of JNU.
