Eligibility to become Human Resource Manager

For Diploma Programmes:

In order to apply for diploma courses in human resource management, candidates must have completed 10+2. Admissions are done on the basis of merit in class 10 and 12 board exams.

For Undergraduate and Dual-Degree Programmes:

  • Candidate must have minimum 60% marks in class 12 board exams for B.A. and BBA-MBA dual-degree programmes.

  • For taking admission into respective university, candidates have to appear for an entrance exam for dual-degree courses.

  • For Postgraduate Programmes:

  • For admission into postgraduate programmes, candidates must have at least 60% aggregate marks in Human Resource Management programmes offered by decent colleges.

  • Candidates are also required to qualify entrance exams like CAT, MAT, MAH-CET, XAT, SNAP, CMAT, TISSNET etc.

For Doctoral Programmes:

  • For admission into doctoral programmes, candidates must have excellent marks in graduation as with as well as have master’s degree in human resource management.

  • On the basis of entrance exams, applications and personal interviews, admissions into doctoral programmes are done.
