B.Des in Communication Design Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria of B.Des in Communication Design are the conditions set by the institute for admission to the programme. Candidates need to satisfy all the norms or else they would be considered ineligible for the course. In order to take admission in B.Des in Communication Design the following eligibility criteria must be met:

  • Candidates must have completed 10+2 level in any stream from a recognized board of education such as CBSE, ICSE etc.

  • The minimum aggregate marks may range from anywhere between 45% to 55% in 10+2. It differs from college to college.

  • Some colleges provide 5% to 10% relaxation to reserved category candidates which mostly include SC, ST, OBC, domicile candidates.

  • A few institutes have also set an upper and lower age limit for B.Des in Communication Design. The lower limit may range from 19 to 20 years while the upper limit may be around 23 to 24 years. 

  • 2-3 years of age relaxation is also provided by a few colleges to reserved category students.
