Diploma in Mining Engineering Eligibility Criteria

The candidates who wish to pursue a degree in Diploma in Mining Engineering must fulfil certain eligibility criteria in order to get eligible for the course. Though the eligibility criteria for admission to Diploma in  Mining Engineering differs from college to college, there are certain minimum eligibility criteria which the candidates must fulfil for admission.

A centralized or online counselling process is conducted by states like Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra etc for admission in Mining Engineering course at Diploma level.

Entrance-Based Admission: Some states conduct an entrance exam for admission in Diploma in Mining Engineering. Some of the popular entrance exams conducted by various states are AP POLYCET, TS POLYCET, Assam PAT, CG PPT etc. The admission will be granted on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates In the entrance exam.
