About Master of Design (M.Des)

Master of Design (M.Des) is a two-year master’s programme that offers knowledge and training about how to invent and create new designs for consumers. The course helps candidates understand the impact of technology on design and how to make these designs and to make it user-friendly. During the master’s programme, candidates learn about various design specializations such as architectural designs, automation designs, fashion designs and others.

CAD and CAM are integral parts of the M.Des syllabus and are taught in the course in detail. Given its importance, a part of is already covered in the undergraduate degree of design.
