MP Passing Marks for Class 12 Theory and Practical: The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) will most likely release the MP Board 12th result 2024 on April 15, 2024. The MPBSE 12th Board exam answer sheet evaluation process commenced on February 22, 2024, and now the Board is drafting the final MP Board 12th result 2024. As per MPBSE’s marking scheme for class 12, the candidates will be assessed out of 100 marks in all the subjects. Out of the 100 marks, 80 marks will be evaluated for a theory paper, the remaining 20 will be given based on the student's performance in project work or practicals conducted during the academic year. Candidates are required to score a minimum of 30 percent mark in theory and practical exams separately. It is also mandatory to score 30 percent in aggregate marks to be declared passed.

The MP Board 12th passing mark for the theory paper is 24 whereas, in practicals, the passing mark is 6, as per the MPBSE board result 2024 rule. Candidates will have to appear for a total of 5 subjects where the MPBSE total marks are 500. Out of 500, students will have to obtain 120 marks in total to acquire the passing certificate. As per the MP Board 12th grading system 2024, candidates must obtain a 'D+' to be declared passed in the MP Board class 12 exams 2024 that were conducted from February 6, 2024, to March 5, 2024. Students who will secure marks between 90%-100% will be awarded a distinction.
