The CM of the state has confirmed on his X handle that the HSLC exams will start on Feb 10 to 27, 2026 and the students can download the hslc 2026 exam date from the official website at site.sebaonline.org. The practical exams will be conducted before the theory exams. The exact hslc exam date 2026 for practicals will be decided by the schools. The theory exams will be conducted in two shifts. Assam HSLC Exam Timings 2026
Assam matric exam 2026 will be conducted in two shifts: Morning Shift and Evening Shift. Both shifts will be followed as:

No, the Assam HSLC exam will not be conducted twice in the academic year 2026. There is no official confirmation regarding the class 10th exams to be conducted two times per year; however, the main exams will be conducted in February, and the compartment exams will be conducted in July as usual.
