ISC Class 12 Exam Pattern 2023-24: Subject Wise

ISC Class 12 Exam Pattern 2023-24: English
There will be two sections of English: English language and literature. Theoretical and project-based papers will be included in both portions. Project work will receive 20 marks, while the theory paper will receive 80.
Theory Paper will have four sections | Section-1 (20 marks) Students must write a Composition that is between 400 and 450 words long. Section-2 Students are required to write an article, review, or report on a certain topic for this part. (15 marks) Additionally, students must prepare a proposal on a predetermined situation. (10 marks) Section-3 This section will include short questions and grammar & structure-based questions. (15 marks) Section-4 This section will include unseen passages in which questions need to be read and give answers. (20 marks) |

ISC Class 12 Exam Pattern 2023-24: History
There will be two papers on history as well as project work. The theory paper will be worth 80 marks, and the project work will be worth 20 marks.

ISC Class 12 Exam Pattern 2023-24: Grading System
The grading system helps the board to assess the performance of the students. CISCE Grading System 204 is almost the same for both ICSE Class 10th and ISC Class 12th examinations. The Grading system is different for the external examinations and the internal assessment. Given below is a tabulated representation of the CISCE Grading System 2024.
CISCE External Examination Grading System 2023-24
CISCE indicates the performance of the students by conferring upon the grade from 1 - 9. Since 7 is the minimum passing grade one need to acquire to get the passing certificate, Only the grades from 1 - 7 are indicated on the Certificates.
