CBSE Class 10 Syllabus 2022-23 Overview

The board has issued the CBSE Class 10Syllabus for the academic year 2022-23. For the 2022-23 academic session, the board has abolished the term 1 and term 2 exams and returned to the previous end-of-year test. The CBSE Class 10 Syllabus is a useful tool for pupils studying for their board exams. It contains information such as the course structure, unit grade distribution, and the number of periods allotted to each unit.

In addition, the CBSE Syllabus for Class 10 includes details on reference books, projects, assignments, and practicals. Students would be better able to organise their studies if they have a solid understanding of the CBSE Syllabus for Class 10. The syllabus has been reduced by 30% by removing some notable chapters and topics from the major subjects. Another significant and contentious action by the board is the exclusion of Punjabi from the new curriculum, while all other regional languages are preserved.

CBSE Class 10 Syllabus for all Subjects 2022-23

CBSE Curriculum 2022-2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education, or CBSE, has released the syllabus for the upcoming academic session 2022-2023 for class 10. At the same time, the board issued a circular that stated, "Taking into account stakeholder comments and other current situations, the Board will perform the yearly scheme of assessment at the end of the Academic Session 2022-23, and the curriculum has been created appropriately." Important Note: The CBSE syllabus has been revised to remove themes such as "democracy and diversity," Mughal courts, and Faiz poems. At the same time, Punjabi Language has been removed from the curriculum for grades 9 to 12. The board is yet to announce the Punjabi language curriculum for the next session 2022-23, however all other regional language syllabuses are available on the board's official website.
