: The Central Board of Secondary Education has announced the Class 10 date sheet. The board is set to conduct the
CBSE Class 10 Exam 2025
from February 15, 2025.
The detailed date sheet has been released online on 20th November 2024 at cbse.gov.in.
The date sheet PDF includes exam timings and other important instructions. Before the theory exams, the board will conduct the practical exams from January 1 to February 14, 2025. The practical exams will be conducted within the schools. The timings of the theory exams are 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

CBSE Class 10 Two Exams 2026 Scheme
CBSE board has proposed two examinations a year for class 10. As per the draft notification released by the board, the 1st phase of examination will be held from Feb 17 to March 6, 2026, and the 2nd phase from May 5 to 20, 2026. Winter-bound schools' CBSE Class 10 Practical Exam 2025 is expected to be held in November 2024. The practical exam dates for the rest of the schools will be released along with the announcement of theory exam dates. Students can expect the practical exams to start in January 2025. As per the latest curriculum, 50% of the questions in the question paper will be competency-based (MCQs, source-based questions, case study-based questions, etc.), 20% of the questions will be MCQs, and 30% of the questions will be short/long answer type questions.
