CGBSE 12th Exam 2026 July Session - Eligibility
Students must fill out the exam form for the July session to sit for the exams. You can also fill out the application form with a nominal amount of late fees. Also, make sure that you are following the following eligibility criteria to sit for the exam:
- Students who applied or appeared for the March session of the exam.
- Students who failed, placed in supplementary, or marked absent.
- Students who want to improve their marks in any subjects or all subjects can appear for these exams.
CGBSE 12th Exam Timings 2026
The board will conduct the CGBSE Class 12 examination 2026 in March 2026, in a single shift (morning shift) for 3 hours and 15 minutes. The theory paper will be held from 9 am to 12:15 pm. While the CGBSE 12th practical exams will be conducted in two shifts: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Students will be assigned their specific shift timings by their respective schools.
- At 8:30 AM – Arrive at the examination center. The exam will begin at 9 a.m.
- The answer sheets will be distributed by 9:05 a.m. and at 9:10 a.m., the question papers will be distributed.
- 5 minutes will be given to students to read the question paper.
- The examination will begin at 9:15 a.m.
CGBSE Class 12 Practical Exam Dates 2026
The CGBSE 12th Practical Exams 2026 will be conducted from January 1 to January 20, 2026. The practical exams will be held in two shifts: 8 AM to 11 AM and 2 PM and 5 PM. The CGBSE board will allot an external examiner for the practical exams. There will be no external examiner for project work which will also hold a bit of weightage in the practicals along with the viva.
