Assam HS Result Rechecking and Scanned Copy 2026

AHSEC also provides two options for results: Rechecking and Scanned Copy. If you are not satisfied with the number of marks that you have obtained in the result, then you can apply for rechecking and also request a photocopy of your answer sheet. The application fee to apply for rechecking and a scanned copy of the answer sheet is INR 500 per subject to be submitted online through online mediums only. The rechecking process includes retotalling of the total number of marks awarded by the examiner, checking if any answer is left unchecked by the examiner, and checking the entry of the marks at the front of the answer sheet.

The rechecking process does not involve revaluation, and that's why an option to obtain a scanned copy of the answer book is available from AHSEC. The result for rechecking will be available within 30 days from the last date of the application by email only. The answer book will also be available through email only.

Assam HS Compartment Exams and Result 2026

After the results are declared on the official website, AHSEC will release an official notification regarding the Assam HS Compartment Routine 2026 . The compartment exams will be conducted for those who are not able to get the minimum passing marks in any subject of the curriculum. You can appear for the compartment exam in a maximum of two subjects. Assam HS Passing Marks 2026

To pass the Assam HS Exam, the candidates must get a minimum of 30 marks in each subject out of 100 to pass, i.e., 30% in each subject. The aggregate percentage should also be a minimum of 30% for the candidate to be considered a pass. Assam HS Marksheet 2026

Every student who passes the HS exams will receive the Assam HS Marksheet 2026. Around 10-15 days after the announcement of the Assam class 12 result, the board will provide mark sheets to all students. As a result, students must return to their school to receive their grades and complete the remaining steps. The board will not be in charge of the mark sheets; instead, the school will provide them to the students. Students can also get the mark sheet through DigiLocker since it will be uploaded there, and you will receive both a physical copy and a soft copy.

What after Assam HS Result 2026?

Once the results are declared, AHSEC will open a window for rechecking/revaluation. Candidates who wish to apply for rechecking must submit the rechecking application form through their respective schools/junior colleges. After the revaluation results are released, the marksheets will be distributed through the schools or junior colleges. Along with their marksheets, candidates must also collect other documents, such as a Transfer certificate, Migration certificate, Character certificate, etc., from the administrative department of their school.
