AP PECET Counselling 2025: APSCHE is expected to announce the AP PECET 2025 counselling schedule soon. Once the portal is live, candidates can complete the registration. Those on the eligible and verified list can participate in the AP PECET web options. The seat allotment will be released based on the college choices submitted.

AP PECET counselling is usually conducted in two phases. Registration is mandatory to exercise AP PECET web options and be considered for seat allotment. Through counselling, applicants gain admission to the offered courses, B.P.Ed and D.P.Ed, at the participating colleges. The direct link for AP PECET 2025 candidate registration is provided below.

Step by Step AP PECET 2025 Counselling Process

Here are the major steps to the AP PECET counselling process -

Step 1: Release of the AP PECET Counselling Notification

Candidates must check out the official website for AP PECET counselling for the notification for the admission process. Along with the detailed notification on the counselling website, candidates must check out the complete schedule of the counselling process.

Step 2: Online Registration

Candidates have to register for the AP PECET counselling before they can take part in the subsequent events of the entire process. To do so, aspirants must pay the processing fee and provide the information required for the counselling process. The processing fee may differ depending on the reservation category of the applicants.

To make the payment for the processing fee, the candidates can use the online methods suggested by the system.

Step 3: Original Certificates Upload and Verification

Once the candidates have registered for the AP PECET counselling, they can now upload the original scanned certificates for online verification. The aspirants can find the list of certificates that must be uploaded from the official webpage for AP PECET counselling.

Step 4: Choice Filling 

After the online verification of certificates is completed, the authorities release the list of candidates who have registered for the counselling and have been found to be eligible on the official portal. These candidates are qualified to take part in the choice filling process, the link of which is provided on the website as per the schedule.

Candidates can participate in the web options process through laptops and desktops. They are advised not to use their mobile phones or tablets for exercising web choices. If the aspirants are exercising web selections from any internet centre, then they must log out after saving the data. To log back in to complete the choice filling, the applicants have to use the credentials given to them after successful registration for the counselling process.

Step 5: Choice Editing and Freezing of Web Options

Aspirants are suggested to check out the college or course choices and decide their options as per their preferences, by picking up the first choice, second choice etc. Once they are satisfied with the web options added, they can freeze the selections. Candidates must note they cannot edit the web choices after using the freeze option. They may get the chance to edit the web selections on the option editing date.

Applicants must exercise as many college choices as they can to make sure they are able to secure their preferred seat. They must take out the print of the final options they submitted.

Step 6: Final Seat Allotment

The authorities will decide the list of provisionally chosen applicants college-wise. The list will be made available on the official website and additionally, an SMS will be forwarded to the candidates’ registered mobile number. The tuition fee must be paid by challan at the approved banks cited in the official guidelines. Final seat allocation is subject to satisfactory verification of all original documents and certificates at the assigned college and production of fee payment challan. 

Candidates must ensure that they report to the specified colleges as per the prescribed time.

Documents Required for AP PECET 2025 Counselling

Here are some important documents that the candidates have to produce during the AP PECET 2025 counselling process: -

• Xth class passing certificate

• Past seven years of a study certificate

• Transfer Certificate

• Caste Certificate/Integrated Community Certificate (If Applicable)

• Income Certificate

• NCC (A/B/C) certificate (for candidates seeking admission under the NCC category)

• Id card, Original Military Discharge Certificate, Pension Certificate along with a certificate from the Zila Sainik Welfare Officer (for candidates seeking admission under CAP category)

• 10 years residence certificate of father or mother in the state of Andhra Pradesh (applicable for non-local candidates)

Who can Participate in AP PECET Final Phase Counselling?

Once the final round of the counselling process begins for AP PECET, only those candidates who fulfil the following conditions will be allowed to take part in it - 

• Candidates who have secured seats but not shown interested to join in the allotted college

• Who have not secured seats so far, but got their certificates verified

• Who have not exercised the options so far, but got their certificates verified 

• Who have secured seats, reported at allotted colleges and aspiring for a better option 

• Who has not yet paid the processing fee and not attended certificate verification
