BCECE Agriculture Eligibility 2023

BCECE Eligibility 2023 Agriculture is prescribed by the BCECE Board, Government of Bihar. To be eligible to take the BCECE exam, all candidates must meet the BCECE Agriculture 2023 Eligibility Criteria. The academic qualification, age limit, domicile, and other requirements make up the BCECE Agriculture 2023 Eligibility. Candidates are advised to read the entire BCECE Agriculture 2023 Eligibility Criteria before filling out the BCECE Agriculture 2023 Application Form.

BCECE Agriculture Eligibility Criteria 2023

All the candidates who are interested in appearing for the BCECE exam must fulfill the below mentioned BCECE Agriculture 2023 eligibility requirements:

Academic Qualification

  • The candidate must have passed the class 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

  • The candidate must have studied Physics & Chemistry as the main subjects in the qualifying exam with one of the optional subjects being Biology/ Mathematics/ Agriculture.

  • The candidate must have acquired a minimum of 50% aggregate in the qualifying examination.

Age Limit

As prescribed by the BCECE Board, the candidate must have attained the age of 17 years by July 01, 2023. There is no upper age limit to apply for BCECE 2023 eligibility.

Physical Examination

All the candidates registered under BCECE Agriculture 2023 exam will have to undergo a physical examination which will be conducted by authorized doctors. The candidates will be shortlisted for further examination only if they clear the physical examination. The candidates will also be required to pay an additional fee for the physical examination.

BCECE Agriculture 2023: Domicile Requirement

According to the domicile requirements for BCECE Agriculture exam, the candidates will have to fulfill the given requirements:

  • Parents of the candidates must be a permanent resident of Bihar state.

OR

  • Parents of the candidates must be registered refugees of Bihar state.

OR

  • Parents of the candidates who are not permanent resident of Bihar state but work under the Bihar Government.

OR

  • Parents of the candidates who are working under the Government of India and are posted in Bihar, or are an employee of a central organization operated by the Public sector Undertaking of Govt. Of India.

OR

  • Parents of the candidates are employees of the national union and are currently posted in Bihar.

OR

  • Parents of the candidates were employees of the Government of Bihar before reorganization and their employee card is still transferable between Bihar and Jharkhand.

BCECE Agriculture 2023: Reservation Policy

As prescribed by the Government of Bihar, some of the candidates of BCECE Agriculture 2023 will be provided reservation based on their category. Note that this reservation policy will applicable only for the candidates having domicile of Bihar state. The candidates who do not have a Bihar Domicile will not be allowed to claim the reservation and will only be considered as the General category.
