About BCECE Agriculture 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The BCECE Agriculture eligibility criteria 2026 will be released on the official website of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB), Government of Bihar, along with the official BCECE Agriculture 2025 notification. Academic Qualification

  • Students must have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in their last qualifying examination.
  • Students must have studied Physics and Chemistry as their core subjects in the last qualifying examination, with one of the optional subjects being Biology/Mathematics/Agriculture.
  • Students must have passed Class 10+2 from a recognized board.

Age Limit

  • Students must be at least 17 years old by July 1, 2026, according to the official BCECE Agriculture examination prospectus.
  • No upper age limit has been specified by the BCECEB.

Physical Examination

  • Students registered for the BCECE Agriculture examination 2026 will be required to undergo a physical examination by authorized doctors. Students who pass the physical examination will be eligible for further rounds of assessment. An additional fee will be required for the physical examination.

BCECE Agriculture 2026: Domicile Requirement

As per the domicile requirements for the BCECE 2026 Agriculture exam, students will be required to fulfill the following requirements:

  • Parents of the candidates must be permanent residents of Bihar state.

OR

  • Parents of the aspirants must be registered refugees of Bihar state.

OR

  • Parents of the candidates who are not permanent residents of Bihar state but work under the Bihar Government.

OR

  • Parents of students who work for the Government of India and are posted in Bihar, or who work for a central organisation run by a government-owned public sector undertaking.

OR

  • The parents of the pupils are employees of the national union and are currently posted in Bihar.

OR

  • The parents of the applicant were employees of the Government of Bihar before reorganization and their employee card is still transferable between Bihar and Jharkhand.

BCECE Agriculture 2026: Reservation Policy

Students will be able to receive a reservation based on their category, as prescribed by the Bihar Government. Please note that the reservation policy will only apply to students from Bihar. Students who do not have a Bihar domicile will be denied reservation and will be placed in the General category.
