MDU CEE 2025 Application Process has now ended. As per latest notification, registrations were closed on June 09, 2025.Earlier, the last date to submit online application form for MDU CEE Exam 2025 was June 02, 2025. MDU CEE 2025 will be conducted between June 19, 2025, and June 23, 2025, as per the official notification released on the website. Students will also get a special provision to make online corrections in their MDU CEE 2025 application forms from June 24-25, 2025.

The MDU CEE 2025 application form will be available online and can be filled in two ways:
The prospectus could be obtained from the Deputy Registrar (Publication Cell), M.D. University, Rohtak either in person or by paying INR 150/- in cash for reference.
Or
It could be downloaded for free from the University’s website.
The prospectus would also be available on cash payment at the University Institute of Law and Management Studies, Sector 40, Gurugram.
To fill the MDU CEE 2025 application form online,students would have to follow the steps mentioned below:
Log on to the official website of MDU.
Click on the 'Admission' tab and then on the online 'Application Form' tab.
Enter basic details such as Address, Mobile number, Landline number and E-mail address carefully. Please note that filling of the star (*) marked fields is compulsory.
The MDU CEE application form 2025 cannot be submitted unless the mandatory fields are filled.
The University uses these details to contact you for future references.
The University is not liable for miss-delivery of information due to mistakes in Address, Mobile number, Landline number, or E-mail address etc.
In this step, you must provide your personal and educational information, such as your name, parent's and guardians' names, Aadhaar card number, Address, Gender, Nationality, Class 10 and 12 marks, graduation marksheet percentage, and so on.
After filling out all of the information, you must double-check it and compare it to the original documents.
Then click on 'Save and Submit' tab.
After submitting the MDU CEE application form 2025, you will be asked to upload some documents like Photograph and Signature.
You must upload your Photograph, Signature and Thumb Impression in .jpg format only as per the following specifications.
Size of the photo image must be less than 50 KB.
Size of the signature image must be less than 30 KB.
Size of Thumb Impression must be less than 50 KB.
In this step, you have to pay the MDU CEE 2025 application fee via e-challan, internet banking, debit card/credit card.
Students paying via e-challan after its been generated should make the payment as soon as possible on or before the challan's validity date to avoid problems.
After paying the MDU CEE 2025 application fee, students can download their completed form for further processing.

The registration processing/entrance test fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Other types of fees are refunded according to university policies. The concerned Head of Department handles it offline.
Both universities have a solid reputation for academic excellence and research. MDU Rohtak is one of the oldest and largest universities in Haryana with a strong alumni network, while Kurukshetra University is well-known for its quality education and research in various fields.
The images should be uploaded by the candidate as per the prescribed format. The photograph should be recent and should not exceed 50 KB in size while the size of the signature should not be less than 30 KB. The thumb impression should be up to 50 KB. All the images should be uploaded in jpg format.
The application fee for MDU CEE is Rs 600 for general category and Rs 150 for ST/SC and OBC category.
The MDU CEE 2025 application form is expected to be released in May/June 2025.
