The OJEE 2022 eligibility criteria are considered the most important factor that the interested applicants must consider first while planning to appear for the examination. The eligibility factor defines the norms that must be justified by the aspiring candidates if they wish to successfully apply for the OJEE 2022 examination. These norms mostly include academic requirements that each interested aspirant must possess. The eligibility criteria further define factors like age relaxation and the nationality of the candidates. It is important for the candidates to fulfill the required eligibility criteria of OJEE 2022 in order to avoid the cancellation of the candidature or rejection of the application form for the examination.
For the ones who will apply for the online mode of examination, the exam date will be announced later. The two modes of the examination will give leverage to the candidates to opt for the one that suits them the best. The choice of selecting the mode of examination will be present in the application form of OJEE 2022.
Candidates who will successfully register for the examination will be eligible to make changes in the application form (if required). The form correction process will continue until one week after the conclusion of the OJEE 2022 application process. It is through the application process that the eligibility for the examination will be monitored and accepted by the exam conducting authority with the issuance of the OJEE 2022 Admit Card.

Applicants can apply for OJEE 2018 only online.
Applicants must retain a printout of the computer generated Confirmation Page of the application form and a proof of fee payment as a reference for future correspondence.
The fee can be remitted through either of the following ways:
After depositing the fee in the bank by using E-challan, applicants have to log in again to take print out of the confirmation page.
The final confirmation page can be printed after 2 working days of payment.
Applicants should provide all the authentic details while filling up the online form.
Applicants must fill the particulars online and also upload his/her Photograph, full Signature, and Left thumb impression.
Applicants are advised not to send the hard copy of the application i.e. Confirmation Page to OJEE office.However, applicants are advised to retain the hard copy of the application i.e. Confirmation Page along with proof of money transfer for future reference or correspondence, if any.
Applicants must quote the Registration number/Application number generated after submission of all his/her required personal data as a reference in all his/her future correspondence with OJEE-2018.
The application must be completed in all respect. Incomplete/unsuccessful submission of application will lead to outright rejection. A completed application will include:

Options such as Category, Choice of place of exam centre and Reservation and Sub-reservation type once given by the applicant in the application form cannot be changed afterwards under any circumstances.
Applicants should give options only with respect to category S(State of Odisha), ZZ(Outside State of Odisha), NRI( Non Resident Indian) and Reservation(SC, ST), sub-reservation type (PC or PwD/GC/WO/ES/TFW) that he/she can substantiate with documentary evidence during document verification/counselling. There is no provision for uploading any proof of these categories during online submission.
10+2 Passed or appearing candidates in 2020, in the science exam of CHSE, Odisha or equivalent with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects from Mathematics / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational Subject. Candidate should have passed the individual subject and must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) in the above subjects taken together.
There is no age limit to appear at OJEE-2020 for admission into Pharmacy courses.
10+2 Passed or appearing candidates in 2020, in science examination of CHSE, Odisha or equivalent, with Physics, Chemistry & Biology (Botany and Zoology) with at least 50% marks in aggregate (Physics, Chemistry & Biology taken together) for general category candidates and 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ ST candidates.
Bachelor's degree Passed or appearing candidates in 2022 (B.Tech)/ M.Sc in the relevant field from any University of Odisha or from an AICTE approved Institute or from a recognised University as defined by UGC.
Candidate should have obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) at the qualifying examination.
There is no age limit for admission to M.Tech (Regular) course.
Candidates must have passed the Bachelor’s Degree of examination in the relevant discipline/field/program from any University of Odisha or from an AICTE approved Institute or from a recognised University as defined by UGC.
Minimum of Two years of full-time work experience in a registered firm / Company / Industry /Educational and / Government, Autonomous Organizations in the relevant field in which admission is sought.
There is no age limit for admission to M.Tech (Part-Time) course.
Passed or appearing in 2020 Bachelor’s degree of examination in the relevant field of Architecture from any University of Odisha or from an AICTE approved Institute or from a recognized University as defined by UGC.
Candidate should have obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) at the qualifying examination.
There is no age limit to for admission to M.Arch course.
Must have a recognised Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Planning, Civil Engineering or Master’s Degree in Economics, Geography, Sociology, Anthropology, Environmental Science, Statistics, Social works with specialisation in Community Development and Rural Development.
Obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examination.
10+2 Passed or appearing candidates in 2020, in the examination of CHSE, Odisha or equivalent. The candidate should have passed all the individual subject and must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) in all the subjects taken together.
There is no age limit to appear at OJEE-2020 for admission into Integrated MBA courses.

Passed or appearing in 2020, for the Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Pharmacy examination of minimum four/five years duration in any discipline from any University of Odisha or from a recognised University as defined by UGC/ AICTE.
Candidate should have obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) at the qualifying examination.
There is no age limit for admission to MBA course.
Passed or appearing in 2022, Bachelor’s degree examination of minimum three years duration in any discipline from any University of Odisha or from a recognised University as defined by UGC and must have passed in Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduate Level.
Business Mathematics at +2 level is not permitted.
Candidate should have obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) at the qualifying Examination.
Candidate must have passed BCA/ B.Sc (IT/ CS/ IST/ ITM) with mathematics as a subject, he/she may appear the entrance test without Mathematics at 10+2 level.
There is no age limit for admission to MCA course.
Passed or appearing in 2022, Bachelor’s degree examination of minimum three years duration in BCA, B. Sc. (IT/ Computer Science/ IST/ ITM) from any University of Odisha or from a recognized University as defined by UGC and must have passed in Mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduate Level. Business Mathematics at +2 level is not permitted.
Candidate should have obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) at the qualifying Examination.
Candidates who have prosecuted Graduation in BCA, B. Sc. (IT/ Computer Science/ IST/ ITM) with mathematics as a subject at 10+2 or graduation level in approved institutes of other states are allowed to take admission in Private colleges as per their OJEE rank.
There is no age limit for admission into 2nd year MCA under Lateral Entry course.
The reservation would be given to a certain category of people who are considered to belong to the reserved category. OJEE has 4 categories of reservation policies:
Odisha State Category:
Green Card Holders
Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes
Persons with Disability
Wards of Ex-Serviceman and native of Odhisa
Tuition Waiver Scheme
Women Candidates
Odiya Speaking Candidates but residing outside Odhisa
Non-Resident Indians
Outside State Category
In order to get admission under any of these reserved categories, the applicants must know the conditions and must be aware of the important factors about each of the categories. During OJEE counselling the applicants will be asked to produce some documents proving the reservation of the candidate.
In order to claim the reservation, the candidates will have to satisfy all the requirements of the eligibility criteria. The candidates must know that different reserved categories different percentage of reservation.
There is the provision of lateral entry in OJEE but there is no reservation under OJEE lateral entry. The lateral entry is available only for Engineering and Technology.
One who wishes to avail the OJEE reservation policy must fulfil the OJEE Reservation Criteria. If the reserved category candidates fail to satisfy the other eligibility criteria required for reservation then they will not be able to claim, their reservation and their application form will be rejected.
Persons with disability and women candidates are not allowed to apply for “Mining Engineering Courses”
After the selection procedure is done a separate merit list will be published for the applicants of OJEE.
All the candidates who claim admission through the reservation category must be able to produce all the required documents.
Seats are reserved for different categories across institutes and colleges for admission through OJEE 2022
These seat reservations are subject to change as per the decision of State Government will be final
