If the marks of two or more candidates are the same as per the MH CET Law result 2026, the following tie-breaker policies are kept into account:
Candidates with a higher percentage in Class 12th or its equivalent are given the most preference in the merit list.
If the percentage is the same then candidates securing a higher percentage of marks in the first language in Class 12th are preferred.
Students with a high percentage of marks in Class 10 th will be considered in case the two aforementioned points are the same.
If it is still the same, then the percentage of marks in English in Class 10 th or its equivalent exam will be considered.
