The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan (KPB) conducts the Kerala Teacher's Eligibility Test twice a year. The KTET 2026 exam pattern was released by the examination authorities along with the official KTET 2026 Exam notification in November 2026.
The KTET 2026 exam will be conducted in offline mode, where candidates are required to mark their answers on an OMR sheet using a pen or pencil. The exam consists of four papers- Category I, Category II, Category III, and Category IV, each targeting a different level of teaching. Every paper contains 150 multiple-choice questions carrying 1 mark each, for a total of 150 marks. The total duration allotted for each paper is 150 minutes.
