There are 90 multiple-choice questions in the question paper. The questions are equally distributed across the subjects. The test consists of 30 questions from physics, 30 questions from chemistry, and 30 questions from biology. For every correct answer, +1 mark is allotted, and -1/3 marks are deducted for every wrong answer. Further, no marks are subtracted for the answers that are not attempted.
