CPNET 2020 application form is released on the official website of CPNET or UPUMS. The CPNET 2020 application and registration process comprise a number of steps that candidates must follow carefully. UPUMS has mentioned the detailed steps involved in the CPNET 2020 application process and the documents required for the same.
CPNET, short for Combined Paramedical, Pharmacy, and Nursing Entrance Test, is a state-level entrance examination conducted by Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences. Through this exam, candidates are given admission in Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing and Paramedical courses at UPUMS.

The online application procedure of CPNET 2020 involves the following major steps. Candidates will have to go to the official website of CPNET or UPUMS and look for the application notification or advertisement. They can download the information brochure from there and begin with the following steps.

Click on the ‘Sign in New Registration’ option on the application web page.
This will redirect applicants to the registration page.
Here, candidates will have to submit their personal details including mobile number and valid email ID.
After submitting the information, candidates will receive an OTP (One Time Password) on the registered mobile number.
On the next page, candidates will have to enter the OTP and submit it.
Once the OTP is verified, applicants will receive their Username and Password on the registered email ID and mobile number.
After completing the registration process, applicants will be redirected to the login page.
Using their Username and Password, candidates will have to log in.
On the next page, applicants will have to enter their individual information and submit it.
Next up, the educational qualification related page will open up, which candidates will have to fill and submit.
On the next page, candidates need to post their picture, signature and important documents and submit them.
After submitting the application form, a page will open up confirming the success of the application.
Then, candidates will have to proceed to pay the application fee.
The application fee is non-refundable and is paid via online modes only.
After depositing the fee, take a print out of your application letter.
The application fee payment is done via online modes.
Candidates can pay their respective application fee through Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card.
The CPNET application fee is non-refundable.
The application fee will not be refunded at any cost neither will it be readjusted in future.
Only a coloured photograph will be accepted for the application.
Make sure to mention the name and the date of the photograph on a card and then click the picture to prove that the submitted picture is recent.
Keep at least 10 copies of the photograph which will be used for admit card, for counselling and enrollment process.
The photographs should be scanned in jpg format (200 - 300 DPI) and the size of the picture should be from 30 to 40 KB.
If candidates upload a low-quality image, their application will stand cancelled.
The measurements of the photographs should be 3.5 x 4.5 cm.
The photograph should have a white background.
Candidates must not be wearing spectacles or cap in the image.
The distance between the forehead and chin should not be less than 3 cm in the image.
Pictures clicked by a polaroid camera or printed by inkjet printer will not be accepted.
Candidates must not forget to take a print out of their application form and save it.
Keep note the registration number as it might be used in future steps related to the exam.
Do not wait for the application deadline and submit the application as soon as possible.
Candidates will be informed about any important updates regarding the exam through their registered mobile number of email ID.
