Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam, have to enter their application number date of birth, and registered mail ID to download their hall passes. The last date to register on the Joint Admission Test (JET) admission portal for the FTII JET 2024 was on March 17, 2024. The FTII JET application form 2024 was released by the Film and Television Institute of India on February 18, 2024, along with the official notification.
The FTII JET exam 2024 will be conducted on April 6 or 7, 2024, for two papers- Paper I and Paper II. The exam will be conducted in offline mode (pen-paper mode) in 28 cities across India. The FTII JET results 2024 will be released tentatively in May 2024 and the counselling process will be conducted through the Joint Seat Allocation (JSA) system in June 2024. FTII JET is a multi-stage selection process that includes a Written Test, Audition (for screen Acting), Orientation, and Interview.
FTII JET is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the Film & Television Institute of India (FTII) and Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute (SRFTI). The exam is conducted annually for admission to postgraduate and post-graduate diploma courses offered at FTII and SRFTI universities. These courses are offered under two wings as described below.
