JCECE BSc Agriculture Reservation

Jharkhand's current reservation policy applies to all government and non-government institute courses. Students claiming reserved seats MUST present original Caste or Income & Assets certificates during counselling/admission. Acceptable issuing authorities for these certificates are Circle Officer, Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), or Dy. Commissioner of Jharkhand State. Certificates from any other authority will not be accepted, and the applicant will be considered under the General category.

  • As per notification dated 28.06.2016, a minimum of 2% of ST seats are reserved horizontally for eligible Primitive Tribal Group candidates not on the general ST merit list.
  • BC – I & BC – II students must submit/show a Caste certificate that explicitly mentions the Non-Creamy Layer status during counselling/admission.
