The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan releases the KTET results based on their revised answer key. After a thorough review and evaluation of the student’s objections and challenges, the revised answer key is released. As the revised answer key is published after the objection window is closed, no further objections will be considered after its release. This corrected answer key is used to evaluate the final results. It must also be noted that the KTET answer key objections should be sent within only 5 working days of its release. As the OMR sheets are scanned using computerised mechanisms after the release of the final answer key, Pareeksha Bhavan doesn’t provide the option of re-evaluation. The results are final.
For KTET (Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test), the minimum age is typically 21 years old, and there is no upper age limit.
To qualify for the KTET exam in 2025, candidates need to score a minimum of 60% marks, which equates to at least 90 out of 150, whereas SC, ST, OBC, and PwD candidates require a minimum of 55% or 82 marks out of 150.
When Pareeksha Bhavan declares the KTET Result 2025, the KTET Merit List 2025 will also be released. The KTET Merit List 2023 for all categories I, II, III, and IV will be released simultaneously. The KTET Merit List is created by the board authorities based on the candidates' performance in the written test. The following information of the qualified candidates will be on the KTET Merit List 2025.
Once qualified, the candidates are then sent through the selection procedure based on the merit list. Thus, after the official announcement, every candidate must check the KTET Merit List to confirm their status and to begin preparing for the KTET Selection Process if passed.
The candidates who have been shortlisted by the conducting board will receive the KTET Certificate 2025. All shortlisted candidates will be required to do a document verification to receive the KTET Certificate 2025.
Candidates must confirm their eligibility for the category for which they have applied. The Kerala government will release the KTET Certificate 2025 to the qualifying applicants once the verification process is finished by the Examination Secretary. The District Eligibility Educational Certificate will be given to the candidates at the end of the process.
Note that if the District Educational Officer doesn't issue the KTET pass certificate within the specified time and the candidate fails to inform/rectify it within three months, the candidate must pay a fine to retrieve the certificate from the DEO.
