MAH BHMCT CET 2024 exam pattern is determined by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell. Candidates are advised to check out the entire exam pattern which will comprise the types of questions, total marks, negative markings and other details before preparing for the exam. The exam will take place in computer-based test mode for 90 minutes. The question paper will include only multiple-choice questions for a maximum of 100 marks. MAH BHMCT CET 2024: Instructions

As the MAH BHMCT CET 2024 will be conducted on computer-based test mode, students are advised to check out these important instructions before appearing in the exam. 

  • Selecting the answer: To select the answer out of the given 5 options in a question, students have to select the correct answer and ‘mouse click’. Only the answers which have been finally submitted by tapping on the ‘save & next’ or ‘mark for review & next’ will be considered for final evaluation. 
  • Changing the answer to a question: To change the answer to any question, students have to first tap on the specific question and then click on the new answer option. They will also have to click on the save and next option for saving the changed response. 
  • Use of the system for CBT: Students can use only the mouse to select answers along with other options in the exam. They cannot use any other keyboard keys for this exam. On doing so, the exam will be locked. 
  • Question palette: Candidates will be able to view the status of the question on the right side of the screen. The question palette will have different colours designating varying statuses such as:

- One of the following conditions has not been met

- The question has not been visited

- It has not been answered

- It has been answered

- It has been answered and marked for review

- It has been answered and marked for review five times

  • Time: Once the exam is over, no attempts can be made to the questions. There will be a clock in the server along with a countdown timer on the top right corner of the screen. Students will be able to trace the remaining exam time through the timer. Moreover, as the timer runs out of time, the exam will be submitted automatically.

MAH BHMCT CET 2024 Marking Scheme

The marking scheme of MAH BHMCT CET 2024 is defined by the conducting body. As per the CET Cell, for every correct response, candidates will be awarded one mark. There will be no deductions for the unattempted or wrong answers, as there is no negative marking in this exam.
