Registration for Counselling

• Aspirants must pick up their desired institutions, and colleges and confirm by pressing down the “Add Selected Colleges” link.
• If the candidates want to undo a college added, then they have to check the same and hit the “Delete Selected College” icon.

Set Preferences

• After the applicants add the colleges, the list of the decided institutions will be presented on this page and they set their preferences.
• If they want to modify their selections, the candidates can do so with the help of the 'Reset Preferences' button and then using the “Save and Next” tab.

Lock Option Form

• Aspirants can find the summary of their college options in this step.
• They have to hit the "Declaration" box and then the 'Confirm Option Form' link.

Print Option Form

• Candidates are advised to take a printout of the college options for future reference.

Unlock Option Form

• Candidates can make changes to the options form if they want to. For this, they have to utilise the “unlock option form” tab and once they have finished editing, they can “re-lock” the option form.

• All candidates who have registered for the CAP rounds but are non-admitted can take part in the institute-level choice filling rounds.
• Candidates who took admission based on round I or II allocations are eligible for the institute-level counselling and choice filling if they cancel their previous enrolment.
• Those who did not register for rounds I and II can participate in the institutional-level round.
