Here is how candidates can download the MAH B.P.Ed CET 2024 seat allotment -

  • Visit the official webpage of CAP.
  • We will provide the link above once it is launched.

Candidate Registration 

Merit List Release and College Option Form Filling

  • After the above phases, the admission cell releases the alphabetical merit list.
  • Once the alphabetical list is issued, the candidates can submit their concerns if any during the grievance submission window. 
  • After addressing the concerns, the conducting authority will declare the final merit list.

College Option Form Filling

  • During the college option form filling, candidates can exercise their college choices.
  • Candidates are advised to submit as many college options as possible.
  • Only those aspirants who are on the final merit list are eligible to submit web choices and will be taken into account for seat allotment.
  • The college options registered by the aspirants during CAP round I will be valid for phases I and II seat allotment.
  • For CAP round III and the institute-level round seat allocation, candidates have to add college choices separately.

Seat Allotment Release, Candidate Reporting and Seat Acceptance

  • The seat allotment results will be declared during the respective phases of the seat allotment.
  • The seat allocation will be done as per the college options, the reservation category norms, and the vacancies available.
  • Candidates have to check their allotment status and download the provisional allotment letter from the official website.
  • Aspirants have to produce a copy of the provisional allotment letter to the assigned college or institution during the specified period for college reporting.
  • Aspirants have to use the Freeze option if they are assigned seats as per their first choice. Such candidates cannot take part in the college options process in the subsequent rounds. They have to pay the one-time charge of seat acceptance via the Candidate Login to confirm their allotment.
  • The selected candidates have to then report to the specified institute or college for verification of certificates and pay the admission fee.
  • Candidates who do not wish to confirm their admission can choose the “Betterment” option and take part in the next seat allotment rounds.
  • While reporting to the allocated college or institute for seat confirmation, the candidates are required to present all the original certificates and documents to support their candidature. If they fail to furnish the necessary documents, then their allocation will be cancelled and the seat will be made available in the future seat allotment rounds.

Documents Required for MAH B.P.Ed CET 2024 Seat Allotment

Here is the list of documents required for verification after the MAH B.P.Ed CET 2024 seat allotment is declared. The certificates and the documents listed below must have a file size of up to 500 KB and the format must be PDF. Please make sure that these documents that have to be first uploaded for e-verification during the counselling process are readable.

  • SSC or Standard X Mark sheet
  • HSC or Standard XII Mark sheet
  • Degree Marks Memo or equivalent (for FY, SY, TY)
  • Post-Graduation Marks Memo of 1st year and 2nd year (If applicable)

Applicants are suggested to scan the documents and keep them prepared for upload while filling out the CAP form. The specifications are provided below -

  • The photograph must be a coloured one, in JPEG format, and the size must be between 20 KB to 50 KB.
  • The signature must be done on white paper with a blue or black ink pen.
  • The scanned signature image must have a size between 10 KB to 20 KB and the file format must be JPG / JPEG.

Here is how MAH B.P.Ed CET seat allotment is carried out across the CAP rounds - 

CAP Round I Seat Allotment

  • The number of vacant seats for CAP Round I shall be displayed on the website. Candidates who were shortlisted for the final merit list of Round I will be qualified for the seat allotment based on the college options. 
  • The college options have to be filled and confirmed via the Candidate Login.
  • If the aspirant is allocated a seat as per their priority then such allocation will be freezed automatically and the candidate has to accept the allotment. Such applicants will not be able to exercise college choices in the subsequent rounds.
  • They have to then report to the ARC for certificate verification and seat acceptance fee payment via Candidate Login.
  • Such aspirants thereafter have to visit the assigned college or institute and complete the other formalities of the admission process.
  • Aspirants who have been given a seat other than their first choice, then they can confirm the allotted seat if they are satisfied with the allocation. They can freeze the seat offered through the Applicant Login.
  • Such candidates have to then proceed to ARC for document verification, pay the acceptance charges, and move to college or institute reporting for completing other formalities of the admission process.

CAP Round II Seat Allotment

  • The information about the vacant seats for CAP round II shall be posted on the portal. 
  • Round II is the betterment round for those applicants who have not been provided a seat as per their first selection or have not been allocated any seats in round I.
  • After round II, candidates will not get the betterment option. The allocation made in this round will be final.

CAP Round III Seat Allotment

  • The details about the number of seats for round III will be furnished on the CAP webpage.
  • Aspirants qualified for round III are authorised to fill out or edit the web option form.
  • The aspirants who did not register for round I shall be eligible to register for round III.
  • Once done, they will be allocated seats via round III seat allotment.
