The MDU application can be filled in two ways:
The prospectus can be obtained from the Deputy Registrar (Publication Cell), M.D. University, Rohtak either in person or by paying INR 150/- in cash for reference.
It can be downloaded for free from the University’s website, i.e. www.mdurohtak.ac.in.
The prospectus is also available on cash payment at the University Institute of Law and Management Studies, Sector 40, Gurugram.
Online Application Form
To fill MDU entrance exam application form 2018 online, candidates have to follow the steps mentioned below:
Log on to the official website of MDU, i.e http://www.mdurohtak.ac.in/
Click on 'Admission' tab and then on the online 'Application Form' tab.
Enter basic details such as Address, Mobile number, Landline number and E-mail address carefully. Please note that filling of star (*) marked fields is compulsory.
The application form cannot be submitted unless the mandatory fields are filled.
The University uses these details to contact you for future references.
The University is not liable for miss-delivery of information due to mistakes in Address, Mobile number, Landline number, or E-mail address etc.
Filling up Basic Details:
In this step, you have to provide your personal and Educational details such as Name, Parent's and Guardian's name, Aadhaar Card number, Address, Gender, Nationality, class 10 and 12 marks, Graduation Marksheet percentage and so on.
After filling all the details, you are required to recheck all the details and verify them with original documents.
Then click on 'Save and Submit' tab.
Uploading of Documents:
After submitting the MDU application form, you will be asked to upload some documents like Photograph and Signature.
You must upload your Photograph, Signature and Thumb Impression in .jpg format only as per the following specifications.
Payment of Application Fee:
In this step, you have to pay the application fee via e-challan, internet banking, debit card/credit card.
If you are paying through via e-challan when the e-challan has been generated, make the payment as soon as possible on or before the validity of challan to avoid hassles.
Note: The S.C/ B.C candidates belonging to the states other than Haryana are treated as General Category applicants for all purposes.
After successful payment of application fee, candidates can download their filled application form for further process.
