The option form for the counselling process was available from November 21, 2025, to November 27, 2025. The round 1 provisional seat allotment for UG courses has been released on December 1, 2025. Additionally, the university is also conducting online counselling for PG admissions. The first round seat allotment for the final phase of PG counselling and Rajasthan JET 2025 cutoff were released on November 13, 2025. If an applicant does not accept the allotted college after the Rajasthan JET Counselling 2025, then their admission may be withdrawn. Nearly INR 5000 + INR 1000 will be forfeited, meaning that neither the applicant's money nor the school where they were admitted provisionally will receive it if the remaining payment is not deposited.

There is an amount of INR 5,000 plus any applicable bank fees to complete the online Rajasthan JET 2025 option form. Aspirants must pay a processing fee of INR 1,200 plus any applicable bank fees to be admitted to the institution to which they are assigned. Of the INR 6,200 entire amount that was paid online, INR 5,000 will be utilised for tuition fee expenses, and the rest, or INR 1,200 will be non-returnable and used as Rajasthan JET 2025 counselling fees.
Aspirants should verify the accuracy of their details before uploading the RJET 2025 option form. Any incorrect details will result in the cancellation of acceptance at the university level, treating the student's application as unconfirmed. This seat will be given to another applicant in the subsequent Rajasthan JET 2025 counselling round, and the INR 5,000 option form price will be withdrawn. Every applicant who does not get one of the college's completed option forms will be capable of receiving a reimbursement of the INR 5,000 cost.
