The XIC OET registration process started on March 1, 2024, and the last date to apply is on March 31, 2024. Candidates can follow the link given below to fill XIC OET 2024 application form.

The XIC OET application form has been released online on the official website. The test will be followed by the Group discussion and Personal Interview (PI) round. Students will be individually informed in advance about the date and time.

After filling out the application form, candidates will have to pay the application fee. The fee can only be paid online via Bank DEBIT / CREDIT Cards / Net banking / UPI. The application fee for XIC OET is INR 3,500. However, candidates willing to apply for the Advanced Integrated Communication Programme (AICP) have to pay INR 2,500 as an application fee.

• Aspirants can fill out the XIC OET application form on the official website of the Xavier Institute of Communications.

• The registration window for XIC OET 2024 opened on March 1, 2024, and the last date to fill out the application form is March 31, 2024.

• The XIC OET application form had to be filled out by candidates online only. The application form has to be filled out on the official website of the XIC (https://www.xaviercomm.org/).

• Payments can be made online only by using Bank DEBIT / CREDIT Cards / Net banking / UPI.

• The application fee for XIC OET is INR 3,500. Although candidates willing to apply for the Advanced Integrated Communication Programme AICP had to pay INR 2,500.

For a trouble- free Registration process please follow these steps:

• Go to the XIC official website, www.xaviercomm.org, and click on REGISTER. Before filling up the online registration form, ensure that you keep a scanned copy of a recent passport-size photograph of yourself ready for uploading.

• Payments can be made by using your bank debit/ credit cards / Net banking / UPI.

• As part of the Registration Process, you have to provide us with your Statement of Purpose (SOP). If you qualify for the Personal Interview stage, it could be brought up for discussion. Hence, please give sufficient thought while putting your SOP together.

• Now you can proceed and complete the payment procedure.

• Select your preferred OET date and personal interview centre.

• Failure to upload your scanned photograph or provide proper details, will not allow you to proceed further.

• On completion of your Registration, please note down your Application Number.

• Your XIC OET Admit Card 2024 will be sent to you later on the E-mail ID mentioned in your Registration form.

• Should you not receive the admit card after the registration procedure please check your Junk/Spam Email Folders.

• Finally, preserve your admit card carefully. Only this document will be accepted in all further transactions between you and XIC.

Should you experience difficulty in registering successfully, you will be given instructions ONLINE, to enable you to fill up a FRESH Registration Form. You will also be issued a NEW Application Number.

Step 1: Registration

• Candidates can fill out the XIC OET application form by first registering themselves on the official website i.e, by clicking on the registration link under the "Admission 2024" tab.
• Now login and enter details such as the candidate's Name, Age, Mobile Number, and Email ID.
• After entering the details aspirants will be sent their login ID and password to their registered mail address

Step 2: Filling the XIC OET Application Form

Aspirants can now download the XIC OET application form after logging in with their valid credentials and must fill in the required details in the registration form.

Step 3: Enter the Required Details

Candidates must know that once the application form will be filled and payment will be made, there is no scope for alteration of application form or refund of application fee. Candidates have to pay an application fee of INR 3,500 (inclusive of prevailing GST), after filling out the XIC OET application form 2024.
