Stage 2: Personal Interview/Assessment scheme- 30 Marks
For the personal interview/assessment round, AIIMS will call candidates who have made it to the merit list based on the written exam. The weighting for the second stage will be 30 marks. The candidate's fate will be decided by the final merit list, which will be based on their performance in both stages. Almost three times as many candidates will be invited to the interview than the actual no. of seats available. The following criteria will be considered during the evaluation process:
Academic performance in Higher Secondary or Class 12 or equivalent examinations in the past
Academic performance in the Nursing examination in the past
Performance as a Staff Nurse
