About AP DEECET 2025 Syllabus

The Directorate of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, issues the AP DEECET syllabus on the official website along with the exam notification. However, instead of a detailed syllabus, the conducting body provides an outline. Knowing the syllabus is important as it indicates the key subjects that need to be covered to ace the exam.

According to the AP DEECET syllabus, there are 2 segments. Part A subjects include Teaching Aptitude, General Knowledge, English, Telugu, Opted Language ( Telugu/ Tamil/ Urdu/ English), Mathematics, General Science, and Social Studies, and the standard will be of Class 6 to 10 (complexity level per the State new syllabus). Part B comprises Mathematics, Physical Science, Bio-Science, and Social Studies, and the difficulty level will be according to 10+2 (as per the State Intermediate syllabus). Among the segments for Part B, exam takers are required to attempt one subject as per their eligibility.
