CG PAT 2023 exam was conducted on July 2, 2023, by the Chhattisgarh PEB as an offline exam for a total time duration of 3 hours. The question paper of CG PAT 2023 consisted of 200 questions, each carrying 1 mark, and there was no negative marking for incorrect answers. For the agriculture group exam, the main subjects for the exam were physics, chemistry and agriculture.
From physics and chemistry, 60 questions were asked from each subject, and 80 questions were asked from the agriculture section. The most common topics that were asked in the exam are Plant Protection (Pesticides, IPM), Agricultural Meteorology, Seed Science and Technology, Animal Husbandry & Poultry, etc. As per the reactions of the candidates, they found that the exam was of a moderate level and mostly NCERT-based, with a few application-level questions.
